A lovely day at the Cross-Country this afternoon and well done to all children for completing a very difficult course, especially the one who won his race again!
On the 13th February 18 children went to The Lakes School to compete in the Key Steps Gymnastic competition. After weeks of hard work the children could finally show that they had learnt their difficult routines. We are still awaiting the results but we were all very proud of everyone’s effort on the day.
On Thursday 7th December, some of our Year 5/6 pupils attended the South Lakes Indoor Athletics competition at the Lakes School. They competed in several events; including long jump, high jump, javelin; relay races and obstacle course. For the next two weeks we have hired some fitness apparatus to inspire the children to keep fit and stay active.
