Today a storyteller came in to visit our class and shared some fantastic stories from Cameroon whilst playing his drum. The children joined in with some call and response as well as singing.
Yesterday we had a fantastic class trip to Housesteads Roman Fort – Hadrian’s Wall. The children discovered what life was like as a Roman soldier stationed at the fort and enjoyed dressing up and training as a recruit in an auxiliary unit.

This half term the children are learning about Europe. As part of this topic, children researched their chosen European country and selected a famous landmark or place within the country to find some interesting facts about. They then shared this information using our Green Screen.

The children of Years 3/4 had a brilliant time on Friday, for World Book Day, where they got to share their favourite stories with their friends. Congratulations goes to Alfie for the Best Costume, though it was almost impossible to chose as they all looked so good!
